Stellenbeschreibung
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will take technical responsibility for the High-Voltage components of the Offshore Wind Substations (Onshore and Offshore), In-Array Cables (Dynamic and Static) and Export Cables (Dynamic and Static) across BayWa r.e. Offshore Wind portfolio.
- You will take overall responsibility for design, fabrication, supply and commissioning of the High-Voltage elements within BayWa r.e.'s offshore wind portfolio.
- You will ensure compliance of selected HV systems within BayWa r.e.'s offshore wind portfolio, with applicable national and international codes, standards and regulations.
- You will support the development of DEVEX, CAPEX and OPEX assumptions for the HV systems in the various stages of development.
- You will specify, tender and manage all related contracts necessary to the design, certification, fabrication, commissioning, operation and maintenance of HV systems within BayWa r.e.'s Offshore Wind Portfolio.
- You will manage of contractors, sub-contractors and partners.
- You will contribute to project scheduling/budgeting, risk management and quality assurance checks.
- You will select, co-ordinate and manage External Design Consultants.
- You will support the development of project schedules and project risk registers.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in electrical engineering field, ideally with specialization in High-Voltage/Energy Systems
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant Offshore Wind project experience
- Experience of working in a multicultural environment, in a consortium or joint venture, in remote working conditions would be a must
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly adapt and identify creative solutions to problems
- Professional proficiency of written and spoken English, additional languages as a plus (German, French, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish)
