Discover Innovative Cleantech Solutions from Sweden

Essen, 23 May 2023. The Swedish Energy Agency is delighted to present a curated selection of innovative small and medium-sized Swedish cleantech companies in the Swedish Energy Pavilion located in Hall 5 of E-world energy & water 2023.

Collaboration is crucial for the advancement of sustainable energy systems. The Swedish Energy Agency has been partnering with Germany since 2014 to promote innovation by facilitating knowledge exchange and cooperation in the field of green energy between the two countries.

E-world energy & water is a significant event for showcasing Swedish cleantech in Germany. The Swedish Energy Agency aims to provide a platform for co-exhibitors to showcase their innovative solutions that address the mutual challenges faced in the energy and water sectors.

The Swedish Energy Pavilion will feature solutions from these Swedish companies:

Bktech provides complete decentralized bioenergy centers for the production of steam and heat for industry and the energy sector (district heating). Bktech already holds a leading position in Sweden and is now expanding internationally.

Metacon is an energy technology company and provider of energy systems for the production of hydrogen, electricity, and heating. The company specializes in cost-effective technologies for producing hydrogen from biogas or other hydrocarbons (electrolysis and biogas or biomethane reforming).

Skawen is a proptech company that offers innovative ventilation solutions for buildings. The products have been shown to improve energy efficiency, increase air quality, and thus reduce the ecological footprint sustainably. With thermodynamic algorithms and real-time data dashboards, customers have full control, even in the most complex buildings.

ClimaCheck is a Swedish clean-tech company that has developed a unique method for analysing cooling and heating processes to optimize the functionality and daily operations of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heat pump systems. The method allows for energy savings of up to 30%, reduces wear and operating costs, enables predictive maintenance, and contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

Modio is a provider of an IoT operating system that enables easy and secure data aggregation and can read any protocol. The system can be used to analyse energy efficiency and intelligently control, for example, heat pumps ("behind the meter optimization") to reduce electricity consumption and associated costs.

Are you interested in meeting up with one of these companies? Visit the Swedish Energy Pavilion in Hall 5, 5-702, or schedule an appointment in advance.
