E world energy & water 2020 Focuses on Recruiting

There is an urgent search for specialists in the energy industry. Therefore, E world energy & water at Messe Essen from February 11 to 13, 2020 will focus on recruiting. Europe's leading trade fair in the energy industry will thus offer employers an optimum platform to address new employees. In this respect, attention will center on the Career Forum on the third day of the fair. Here, representatives of companies will be able to provide students, graduates and young professionals with targeted information about career possibilities in face-to-face discussions. In the sector, there is great interest in this form of innovative recruiting. The firms which have already registered now include E.ON, DB Energie GmbH, EnBW, innogy and Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH.

The Career Forum on Thursday, February 13, will be accompanied by a lecture program which will address the subject of the world of work in the energy industry. On this day of the fair, students will be given admission free of charge. The area in Hall 4 will be prominently placed in the immediate vicinity of the Innovation exhibition area. That will create synergetic effects. On this topic area, over 100 young companies, startups and research establishments will present their new business ideas which will bring a breath of fresh air into the energy sector.

Already before the start of the trade fair, E world will offer interesting possibilities for winning over employees. Using the Job Portal on the homepage of the fair at www.e-world-essen.com/en/job-board/, exhibitors will be able to place their vacancies in an easily visible form and to address specialists in the sector in a targeted way. In addition, the job advertisements will be shared via the social media channels of E world and will thus attract attention and maximize visibility.

Numerous Booth Areas Already Allocated

With these ranges on offer, E world will highlight its position as the leading European trade fair in the energy industry. The focus topics of Smart Cities & Climate Solutions will be expanded even further in 2020. Here, the exhibitors will show their solutions with which digitalization and smart city concepts can design cities more efficiently and more sustainably. Over 25,000 trade visitors and 780 exhibitors came to the last E world - a new record value. The booking level for the 2020 event is already very good now. Over 70 percent of the booth areas from 2019 have already been allocated.
