Premiere at Europe's leading trade fair for the energy industry: this year, the E-world energy & water Career Forum will take place for the first time as a purely digital format. From March to May 2021, students, graduates and young professionals will have the opportunity to make valuable contacts with companies and receive exclusive job offers. In addition, participants can expect an online event on April 13 and 14. Here, experts and young professionals will provide tips on careers and starting a job in the energy industry. Registration for the digital Career Forum is now possible online.
The Career Forum is one of the most popular events at E-world. Many graduates have already made their successful entry into the energy industry through it and companies were highly satisfied with the well-trained and suitable applicants. "Even after the cancellation of the trade fair due to the Corona pandemic, it was important for us to offer companies and interested parties this sought-after platform," says Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of E-world energy & water GmbH. Her management colleague Sabina Großkreuz adds: "In this context, all participants benefit from the digital possibilities such as precisely fitting matchmaking functions, exclusive presentation forms as well as location-independent and flexible participation." In addition, the three-month period is ideally suited for an intensive exchange with potential employers, acquiring new knowledge and receiving interesting job offers.
Career Forum is part of the E-world digitization strategy

Via this link, exhibitors also have the chance to participate in the Career Forum and thus find new employees. The matchmaking starts on March 1 and connects companies with job seekers. As part of the live program, on April 13, insiders from utilities and consulting firms, among others, will talk online about career paths in the energy industry. On April 14, there will be online sessions from participating companies.
This new form of Career Forum is part of E-world's comprehensive digitization strategy. With the "E-world Community", for example, there is already a successful new online platform of the trade fair. This platform is available to the energy industry all year round for networking and information among each other as well as for initiating business.
