The product is one of Fincons’ most popular proprietary solutions and is currently used by over 25 active Energy & Utilities clients in 5 countries, including leading utilities in Germany. Fincons Group will showcase the product at their stand in Hall 3, booth 3-267 from 21st to 23rd June 2022.
AMPPER Incentive Compensation was developed on the basis of extensive experience working with major Energy and Utilities companies internationally and was designed to help manage their range of partners and complex incentive processes, helping them achieve greater efficiency and improve accuracy in accordance with company business strategies. The solution allows business users to easily create and manage incentive compensation plans, with very low IT support, reducing time to market and operational costs.
Because of the range of different partners and incentive programmes that Utilities and Energy companies typically run at the same time, AMPPER Incentive Compensation has been developed to be fully flexible. It is easily configurable and adaptable to different business requirements and application processes, thanks to its core components that enable the measurement, calculation and monitoring of all aspects of partner performance.
Today the solution manages over 67,000 partners and 4,500 configured algorithms, equivalent to more than € 650m in incentives. This multi-country, multi-company, multilingual and multi-currency solution enables:

AMPPER Incentive Compensation is a modular solution that can be tailored to match the specific processes of each business, incentives, SLA or KPI requirements, thus enabling the complete management of partner performance. Constant, trackable reporting also empowers more timely decision making and a shorter time-to-market, while the self-service portal improves transparency with partners, supports despite resolution and reduces admin tasks. AMPPER Incentive Compensation also supports legacy system data importing, calculation and approval of payments, the automatic recording of income and its verification.
The solution can be further empowered with the addition of an optional Utility Virtual Clerk (UVC), a helpful digital “colleague”, specifically developed to automate low-value-add, repetitive back-office processes such as the automation and management of incentivization processes. The UVC has been trained to support utilities in the automatic analysis and sorting of partner emails and can even provide automatic replies to more basic requests. In addition to this, the UVC is able to understand natural language found in partner contracts and automatically transform it into calculation rules.
