Fincons Group showcases new digital solutions for the Utilities sector at E-World 2022

Milan, 8th June 2022 - Fincons Group, an international IT business consulting and system integration company with over 2400 employees across Europe and the USA, will be showcasing its full portfolio of solutions specifically designed to respond to the needs and processes of Energy and Utility sector businesses. Demos of the latest vertical sector proprietary solutions, use cases and references from the industry will be presented at their stand in Hall 3, booth 3-267.

Developed specifically to help companies in the Utilities sector manage partner performance, the innovative Ampper Incentive Compensation is a proprietary solution that draws on Fincons’ extensive experience in the sector which spans 5 countries and over 25 active Energy & Utilities clients, including leading Energy companies in Germany.

The solution, currently managing over 67,000 partners and 4,500 configured algorithms, is modular and can be tailored to match each business’ specific processes, incentives, KPIs and partner requirements, thus enabling the complete management of partner performance. This multi-country, multi-company, multilingual and multi-currency solution shortens time-to-market and reduces OPEX by providing flexibility, autonomy and ease of use. Ampper Incentive Compensation supports legacy system data importing, calculation and approval of payments, the automatic recording of income and its verification. In addition to this, the self-service Partner Portal helps improve communications with partners who can receive details of the calculated commissions directly via individual reports.

Fincons Group will also be providing demos of its innovative Meter-to-Cash Platform, a Cloud solution developed to support business users so they can configure any contractual algorithm for the M2C (Meter to Cash) processes for the distribution and sale of electricity, gas, water and other products or services with very low IT support. Like Fincons’ other proprietary solutions, it is designed to be scalable, user-friendly and easy to tailor to unique business processes. The employment of new technologies and Machine Learning algorithms enables users to reduce CAPEX and OPEX management costs and significantly reduce regulatory adjustment times, while supporting business requirement evolution processes.

Finally, the Utility Virtual Clerk (UVC), a helpful digital colleague, specifically developed to automate low-value-add, repetitive processes. The UVC, provided in a pay-what-you-use format, is powered by AI and ML and has been specifically trained to bring efficiency to Energy and Utility sector operations.

“Fincons Group is delighted to attend E-World and to consolidate its position on the German market where we already have important references in various sectors including Energy and Utilities. This is a key growth market for us, and we’re delighted to bring some of our most popular solutions to this event and introduce them to this wide vertical audience. Our solutions are all developed around market needs and specific customer requirements which translates into a flexible, modular approach to improving processes and driving digital transformation,” comments Francesco Moretti, Deputy CEO and CEO International Region at Fincons Group.
