The 18th E-world energy & water is keeping its finger on the pulse of the energy industry. Once again, the trade fair represents the great diversity of the industry and its topics and thereby provides an excellent opportunity to learn about successful concepts and solutions to current issues.
Advancing digitization will change cities and metropolitan areas significantly: The focus is on the integration of energy and mobility, as well as an efficient and optimized use of energy, into one intelligent, flexible and optimized system. To provide a platform for the presentation of smart solutions for these challenges, E-world’s center of interest in 2018 will be “Smart City“.
There will be a varied program around the four key topics of mobility, heat, grids and buildings. A large number of speeches and debates will provide occasions for presenting international, smart urban planning projects and initiatives and encourage discussions about practical solutions. The established forums Energy Transition, Smart Tech and Innovation will be complemented by the Trading & Finance forum.
More than 700 exhibitors present themselves at the trade fair. Particularly worth mentioning is the large number of international joint booths from Iceland, France, Denmark and Japan in hall 7. The participants can benefit from synergies and present transnational strategies for current questions.
In 2018, the E-world Congress will again be part of E-world’s program. The congress addresses international and European energy industry issues. This year’s focal points will be the development of smart concepts for urban districts, sector coupling and smart heating systems. Further events deal with the international gas market and portfolio and risk management.
We wish all participants of E-world energy & water 2018 exciting days and interesting conversations.
