E world energy & water 2019 once more offers companies and specialists an ideal platform with the Career Forum

Some are looking to get into the correct occupations and others for the appropriate applicants - because the shortage of specialists has long since affected the energy industry too. The Career Forum at E‑world energy & water 2019 will allow companies from the energy industry to enter into discussions with students, university graduates and young professionals. On Thursday, February 7, 2019, the participants will be able to expect an exciting lecture programme as well as the possibility of networking with people responsible for recruiting at leading energy companies. For the potential employers, the Career Forum has long since become established as an important instrument in order to find their own junior managers. On this day, they will get to know prospective high potentials from the fields of energy management and technology, engineering sciences and economic sciences - fields of study whose graduates are very coveted in the economy.

The Career Forum will start at 9.30 a.m. with an introduction to the latest trends in the energy industry as well as to the chances and potentials for getting into occupations. Further items on the programme will be experience reports by young professionals as well as an open podium discussion about personnel policies, ways of getting into occupations and career possibilities in individual companies from the energy sector. From 12.30 p.m., the companies will then present individual career paths and occupational development chances on their information booths. In face-to-face discussions, any interested people will have the opportunity to learn more about their preferred employers and to establish initial contacts. The firms in situ will include numerous renowned companies from the energy sector, e.g. DB Energie GmbH, E.ON SE, EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, Gildemeister energy solutions GmbH, innogy SE, Schleupen AG and Shell Deutschland Oil GmbH.

The organizers of E‑world energy & water are addressing universities nationwide with courses of study interesting for the energy industry and are inviting the students to the Career Forum. From now on, any interested people can register here. Participation will be free of charge for them. Moreover, the registration will include admission to E‑world energy & water on February 7, 2019.
