DESCRIPTION:The enthusiasm for hydrogen is unbroken in the German, European and international energy industry. The possible applications and the associated potential for avoiding greenhouse gas emissions also for the neighbouring sectors of industry, transport and housing make the energy carrier interesting for many players. This is all the more true when it comes to green hydrogen from renewable energies.
Catalysed by hydrogen strategies and funding programmes at all political levels, an extensive panorama of feasibility studies, model projects and scaling-up projects has emerged over the past year and a half. But which of the expectations for the energy carrier are realistic? Which areas of application are not only theoretically but also practically feasible? What demand results from the hydrogen projects, and how can it be met?
The Hydrogen Forum at E-world 2022 sets out to answer these questions in discussion with important players in the developing European and German hydrogen economy.
Presentations will be held in German and English. We will provide you with a simultaneous translation for the respective other language.
