E-world 2019 Scores Points with a High Level of Internationality

From February 5 to 7, the energy sector will congregate at Europe's leading energy trade fair, E‑world energy & water at Messe Essen. A large number of new exhibitors from all over the world, a high level of participation in the countries' own joint booths as well as the great interest in the Day of Consulates are highlighting the international significance of the event.

Around 770 exhibitors from 26 countries will present their products and services at E‑world. These will also include a large number of new companies from abroad. No matter whether Zero Friction from Belgium, Kinect Energy from Norway or Gasunie Transport from the Netherlands - more than 30 international exhibitors will give their premieres at the trade fair this year. The international joint areas will present selected solutions from companies from one country in a compact form on one booth. For example, ten start-ups will be represented at Business France, the French joint booth. Five companies will participate in the Danish national booth. The exhibition space of InnoEnergy will unite ten international young firms. Supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), the network promotes sustainable ideas and projects all over Europe.

High Level of Participation in the Day of Consulates

This transnational range on offer will make E‑world particularly attractive for trade visitors. Because they will thus gain a comprehensive overview of the innovations and ranges available in the sector. Primarily from the areas of Smart City & Climate Solutions, Smart Energy as well as Trading & Finance, the trade fair will send numerous stimuli into the sector. Top-class international guests will therefore use E‑world in order to obtain information about future solutions for the energy supply. That is also being shown by the great interest in the Day of Consulates. Over 60 participants have registered for this event on the second day of the trade fair - amongst other countries, from Chile, Japan, Mongolia and Russia. These international delegations of ambassadors, consuls and representatives of chambers of foreign trade will be given an exclusive program here. In addition to lectures on the focus subjects of smart cities and renewable energies, two guided tours of the fair will invite the visitors to network with selected exhibitors.
