Discover Innovative Cleantech Solutions from Sweden

Essen, 23 May 2023. The Swedish Energy Agency is delighted to present a curated selection of innovative small and medium-sized Swedish cleantech companies in the Swedish Energy Pavilion located in Hall 5 of E-world energy & water 2023.

Collaboration is crucial for the advancement of sustainable energy systems. The Swedish Energy Agency has been partnering with Germany since 2014 to promote innovation by facilitating knowledge exchange and cooperation in the field of green energy between the two countries.

E-world energy & water is a significant event for showcasing Swedish cleantech in Germany. The Swedish Energy Agency aims to provide a platform for co-exhibitors to showcase their innovative solutions that address the mutual challenges faced in the energy and water sectors.

The Swedish Energy Pavilion will feature solutions from these Swedish companies:

Eliq provides a SaaS platform that enables energy companies to deliver applications that help end customers better understand and manage their energy consumption. Founded in Gothenburg, Sweden, Eliq provides AI-powered APIs and white-label energy insight applications to 20 utilities.

Emulate provides a cloud platform that allows energy providers to connect with decentralized energy resources and convert demand flexibility into an energy storage instrument. This instrument can be seamlessly integrated into existing trading desks.

NODA develops and markets solutions based on thermal AI for energy companies, property owners and automation companies in the sectors of district energy, heat pumps, gas, geothermal and other thermal systems. Solutions by NODA increases capacity of renewables and decreases dependence on fossil fuels.

Skyqraft helps grid owners find defects in their power lines to avoid interruptions. Images from helicopters or drones are converted into data to determine the location and extent of the disturbance. An interface accessible to all relevant departments provides an immediate overview of the problem. Using computer visualization and human quality assurance, a highly scalable and precise solution is provided.

Elonroad is developing an electric high-tech road system that automatically charges electric vehicles both while parked and while driving. The solution provides conductive charging infrastructure to all electric vehicles on highways and in urban traffic.

Unimi offers universal devices for the effective installation of public charging stations. This means lower installation costs, scalability, and fewer CO2 emissions compared to traditional installations.

About the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce

The German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce is since 1951 the central point of contact to promote the development of German and Swedish trade and business relations. It is part of the German chamber of commerce network and well connected with companies, authorities, and institutional partners. The services include finding and matching business partners, distributors, sales agents, and importers. Since 2014 the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce is running the ‘German Program’ in cooperation with the Swedish Energy Agency, helping Swedish cleantech-companies expand into the German market. This includes individual business partner brokerages, intercultural coaching, delegation trips to Germany, market analyses and activities on trade fairs.
