In order to accelerate the energy transition and ensure a sustainable energy supply, qualified specialists are needed across the industry. For this reason, E-world supports targeted recruiting with its Career Forum. At Europe's leading trade fair for the energy industry, companies will have the opportunity to get in touch with job prospects on May 25, 2023. The new thing about this: for the first time, the Career Forum is not only aimed at students and young professionals, but at all career levels. "In this way, we want to give as many exhibitors as possible the chance to fill their vacancies. Because the demand is there," explains Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of E-world GmbH. Her management colleague Sabina Großkreuz adds: "At the Career Forum, companies can present themselves as attractive employers and convince the participants of the versatile career opportunities in the energy industry."
High professionals, graduates and students are already made aware of the E-world Career Forum in advance and invited to visit the trade fair. Pupils and students will be admitted free of charge on Thursday. For all participants, there will be a varied program in the morning with reports on experiences, panels and short company presentations. This will be followed by speed dating, which will bring together company representatives and applicants. Whether it's a matter of getting to know each other personally or exchanging information about specific career opportunities - direct talks can provide insights into corporate culture and working methods.
How companies benefit from the Career Forum
Exhibitors participating in the Career Forum are particularly easy for applicants to find. They have the opportunity to book a stand in this special area at the forum or to participate at their own company booth. For this purpose, they will receive a distinctive flag that identifies them as exhibitors of the Career Forum and will also be highlighted separately on the digital hall plan.
The companies can choose between various package options. These include, among other things, a placement in the advertising materials of the event, the publication of job advertisements in the E-world Job Exchange or the participation in the stage program of the Career Forum.
