What you will be doing
You will be expected to design, develop and implement the transformative technological, commercial and process changes needed to support the transformation in the Energy Retail sector.
- Shape our client’s future business plans and develop their evolving role and functions.
- Define the operating models, propositions and capabilities that enable a sustainable and profitable business.
- Define new digital architectures, platforms and solutions.
- Take ownership of project deliverables and lead complex projects.
- Build strong relationships with clients and generate consulting opportunities.
This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Your skills and experience
We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Some of the key sills we are looking for:
- Proven experience in consulting in the energy sector.
- Extensive professional experience within utilities, ideally in retail.
- Proven experience in the acquisition, conception, planning and delivery of transformation projects (Digital, Technology, IT Strategy or Strategy).
- Strong expertise in B2B and B2C retail in the energy sector.
- Exposure to industry solutions like: Salesforce, powercloud, Schleupen, SAP Cloud4Utilities and MS Dynamics is considered a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Excellent ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
