Serving as an information platform for the energy sector, E-world is gathering international decision makers in Essen each year. More than one fifth of the exhibiting companies are based abroad. This year's kick-off was characterized by exciting talks, discussions and interesting insights. We dealt intensively with the following topics: On the first day, we discussed whether the grid can withstand the energy transition. The second day was dedicated to European energy supply security in times of multipolar crises, while the final day focused on financing the municipal heating transition.
